"While Baryshnikov was still in New York, Vladimir Vysotsky asked him to arrange a date with Joseph Brodsky. Misha was not very willing, but he fulfilled the request. Arranged to meet the poet at a cafe in Greenwich Village.
Marina heard this surname just by the edge of her ear somewhere, and she was not familiar with Brodsky's poems at all. Vladimir told her the sad story of Brodsky,  Marina did not believe:
- What do you mean, the poet was imprisoned for eating tuna?
- Yes, - Vladimir smiled sadly."
