snyderssearch.msn.co.uk includes Encarta On-line (1.4 million entries).
Searches are tailored geografically (probably too much, I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it) and whether you are at office or at home (time of the day !?). MSN.search scans internet every TWO days (instead of 14).
